2. Is this available to the public as well as students?

Yes, this building will be for the public and students.

3. Will pets be allowed?

Yes, each floor will have a designated unit for families with pets. There will be an added pet deposit and the unit will need to have a carpet cleaning after tenant vacates the unit.
